Poems by Yehudah Leyb ben Efrayim. 1899, 1901.

Two poems by Yehuda Leib ben Ephraim preceded by a letter to Avraham Hakohen, to whom he sent them as a gift, explaining their contents. The two long poems are also preceded by a short, two-page poem concerning the writing of poetry. The first poem, "Le-eḥad min ha-shuḳ," 63 pages long, was written in 1901 in memory of the rabbi of Kapust (Kopys, Belarus), Rabbi Solomon Zalman Schneersohn, who had just died. The second poem, untitled, 12 p., was written in 1899. The poems are followed by a two-page essay on poetry.
